Dear suicidal people...
Please don't kill yourself tonight. If you died tonight, tomorrow you could have found the love of your life. I don't know who you are. I only know what it is like to be in pain. I am not a therapist or other mental health professional, only someone who wants to be your friend. I am worried about you.
I want to be your friend for as long as I am alive. If it were possible, I would prefer to be there with you, to sit with you and talk, face to face.
Feeling suicidal does not mean that you are a bad person, or flawed. It does not even mean that you really want to die. It only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. Although it might seem as if your pain will never end, it is important to realize that crises are usually temporary.
I want to take your pain. Please close your eyes and imagine you are somewhere you love.
You are loved.
You are worth living.
You are worth your life.
You are more beautiful than you think.
You are not alone. It is true. You do not have to be alone. You have me. I am always here for you. Wherever you are, I am always on your side.
Please don't commit suicide. Please don't leave me like everyone else did. I already have like no friends.
